What numbers are the burocrats using to prove Washington citizens are hungry? There are plenty of food banks,and other resources available.
Many people do not want food stamps, even if they were to go to their house and offer them, they do not want government handouts. The numbers are played with using illegal aliens who's standard of starving & ours is very different.
Those who qualify but are "homeless" should not be counted as Washington citizens, most are not from here. They should return to their hometowns & seek aid from the community there.
