Geez - another way to redistribute money to the poor. I don't think we should be tying anything more to the "school lunch" programs. School administration pushes these programs because they are used as a yardstick for a lot of other benefits such as this. This only increases the likelyhood of fraud and substantially increases the tax burden on the rest of us.
No more entitlements! If you can't afford driver's ed, then wait until you're 18, for goodness sakes!
