This is a good bill. We must take care of the citizens in the state before we extend it to a person that will only be here for a short time.

Who gave foreign students the ability to use our tax dollars in the first place. This is a good bill. Hope it passes. There is no reason we should be supporting foreign exchange students and giving them health care.
