Even though the Legislature has concluded its 105 day regular session rumors abound that a special session is likely to be called by the Governor as early as next week.  There is a lot of speculation, but some suggest that lawmakers would like more time to consider tax increase proposals like; SB 6189 (candy tax) or HB 2334 ($3 billion bond package) and environmental legislation such as SB 5735 (cap-and-trade).  Do you think that lawmakers need more time or has enough time already been given?  Let us know what you think!
