2009 House Bill 1394: Changing the timeline for the state comprehensive plan for workforce training and education (Senate Roll Call)

Passed 45 to 0 in the Senate on April 3, 2009, to change the requirement for updating the state comprehensive plan for workforce training from a two year period to a four year period. This bill also directs the board to write a ten year plan at the outset and begin the four year updates in 2012. See also SB 5316.
