 I see no reason why anyone who has been convicted of a felony should have their voting rights restored unless they have gone through the formal process of having their rights restored.  We already have a system in place that is too easy on these felons!  They should have to pay any fines still due and restoration to any victims or families of victims that they may have caused harm to first.  Shame on you people in the Legislature!
