2009 House Bill 1359: Regarding the practice of landscape architecture

Prohibits a person from practicing landscape architecture in this state unless the person is licensed or authorized to practice in this state. Substitute offered in the House on February 6, 2009
To require that fees under the landscape architecture program are segregated from the current pooled Business and Professions Account into a new dedicated Landscape Architects' License Account (Account) starting on July 1, 2009. The subsitute adds an emergency clause and makes other technical changes.
