2008 House Bill 2421: Providing incentives to support renewable solar energy

This act creates incentives to promote commercial renewable energy sources that are produced locally. Funds generated from the carbon tax would be used to reimburse these new renewable energy sources for their costs.   Official Text and Analysis.
