To promote healthy birth outcomes and reduce the number of unintended pregnancies, by reaffirming the state’s commitment to encourage health plan coverage of family planning as an essential component of the health care system and to provide public health funding for preventive family planning services for women and men with family incomes up to 200% of the federal poverty level.
