2007 House Bill 1604: Introducing oxygen into Hood Canal.

To require the department of fish and wildlife shall implement a pilot program to test the viability and efficiency of introducing oxygen to the waters of Hood Canal for the purpose of protecting aquatic life. The bill also allocates $135k to the DFW in 2008 and $646,500 in 2009 to implement this act.   Official Text and Analysis.
