2007 Senate Bill 5401: Licensing Christmas tree growers.

To require Christmas tree growers to obtain a State license to operate. The licenses shall be administered by the Department of Agriculture. Any fees created from this act must be deposited into the State’s Christmas Tree Account and can only be spent on the Washington Christmas Tree Program.   Official Text and Analysis.
