2007 House Bill 1413: Changing the definition of floodway in the shoreline management act.

To redefine “floodway” as it pertains to the Shoreline Management Act. The new definition would require floodways to be established in the Federal Emergency Management Act Flood Insurance Rate Map or Floodway Map.
