2006 Senate Bill 6759: Requiring an annual report for basic health plan enrollees

To require an annual report by the administrator of local health departments in coordination with the Department of Social and Health Services on company employees enrolled in basic health plan. The report should detail the number of employees enrolled in the basic health plan by employer, ranked from the most to the least number enrolled, to be submitted to appropriate committees in the house and senate.   Official Text and Analysis.

Substitute offered to the Senate Health & Long-Term Care Committee on February 1, 2006
To specify that enrollee employment information be provided for each month of the preceding fiscal year. It also covers enrollees who are the spouse or child of someone who is employed. In addition to reporting by employer, the substitute also requires reporting by industry type, but limits this to employers or industries having more than thirty employees enrolled. The substitute moves the due date for the first report back a year to December 2007.
