2005 Senate Bill 6010: Concerning state employees who serve in the Peace Corps

To provide that any full-time permanent state employee who leaves employment to serve in the United States peace corps, upon return will be restored to his or her previous position or an equivalent one. The employee will regain their seniority and benefits.   Official Text and Analysis.
