Substitute offered in the House on January 30, 2014 Removes the requirement directing the DSHS to provide Medicaid waiver services for eligible dependents. The DDA must make an assessment before approving services for a dependent who has returned to the state. The dependent may retain eligibility for any developmental disability service while out of state. Spouses are included as a military service member dependents.
