2013 House Bill 1462: Creating a good faith defense for certain minimum wage and overtime compensation complaints

Establishes that an employer is not liable for failure to meet minimum wage or overtime pay requirements if they failed to do so because of good faith reliance on a rule related to wage payment requirements, an order or opinion from the Director of the Department of Labor and Industries, or an administrative policy from the Department.
