2013 Senate Bill 5341: Concerning the use of nonconviction records for employment and housing opportunities

Requests the state supreme court to redact or seal nonconviction court records that may harm non-convicted individuals’ employment and housing opportunities. This act prohibits employers and landlords from asking about nonconviction records, with some exceptions.   Official Text and Analysis.
