Prohibits the state and any municipalities or other political entities within the state from adopting policies which infringe or restrict private property rights without due process of law. This act also prohibits any political entities within the state from engaging with any nongovernmental or intergovernmental organizations defined in the U.N.’s Agenda 21.   Official Text and Analysis.
