2011 House Bill 1531: Adjusting the minimum wage rate based on changes in consumer prices

Requires the calculations for the adjusted minimum wage rate to include the actual change in consumer prices since September 1, 2000, based on the consumer price index for urban wage earners and clerical workers, or a successor index.
