Modifies conditions placed on persons convicted of prostitution or a related offense, including that the offender not be subsequently arrested for a similar crime and that the offender not travel in designated areas unless it is necessary for legitimate employment or travel to/from the offender’s residence. An offender may be arrested for travelling in areas designated as high prostitution areas, which must be clearly marked by local government.
