2011 House Bill 1123: Modifying sentencing or imposition of conditions for certain sex crimes

Modifies conditions placed on persons convicted of prostitution or a related offense, including that the offender not be subsequently arrested for a similar crime and that the offender not travel in designated areas unless it is necessary for legitimate employment or travel to/from the offender’s residence. An offender may be arrested for travelling in areas designated as high prostitution areas, which must be clearly marked by local government. The new violation is a misdemeanor.   Official Text and Analysis.
