2011 House Bill 1106: Authorizing disposal of property within the Seashore Conservation Area to resolve boundary disputes

To allow the Parks and Recreation Commission to dispose of land, less than five contiguous acres in area, without public auction to resolve trespass issues, property ownership disputes, and boundary adjustments with adjacent property owners. The disposal of such property must be for fair market value, in the best interest of the state, and with the Governor’s consent.
