2011 House Bill 1095: Regarding property taxes for lands managed by the Department of Fish and Wildlife

Allows counties to reduce or eliminate tax payments on lands owned by the Department of Fish and Wildlife on which the Department maintains private grazing leases. This act also requires the Department to pay property taxes on lands not used in private grazing leases, including lands transferred to the Department from other state agencies.   Official Text and Analysis.
