2010 House Bill 2712 (Creating a federal tax account to protect state sovereignty)

Introduced by Rep. Matt Shea, (R-Spokane Valley) (R) on January 13, 2010, establishes a federal tax fund, which will be used to deposit federal tax money from state citizens that are meant for the federal government. The act calls for withholding payment to the federal government of the money in this account, if it is found that the federal government is acting unconstitutionally. Funds will then be transferred into the state budget. If the federal government imposes sanctions on the people or government of the state, then the state will act in its best interest to support its sovereignty.

Though, this doesn't go far enough, it is a good start and I actually like it.

Rep. Shea truly understands the seriousness of the issue that the federal government, under control by Obama and the Democrats, are intent on abrocating our sovergnity to the United Nations in their push for a One World Government led by Communists and Socialists.

If we don't want our lives to be dictated by corrupt, unelected, Communists/Socialists of the United Nations, we better support Rep. Shea in his quest to save our state sovergnty.
