Requires the Washington State Patrol's Endangered Missing Person Advisory alert system to include a Silver Alert to assist in the recovery of a missing endangered person age 60 or older. The new provisions that required the WSP to create a new Silver Alert program is deleted. Instead, the WSP's current EMPA program will have a Silver Alert designation that will be used on highway message boards and advisory radio messages to assist in the recovery of a missing endangered person age 60 or older.
