2013 House Bill 1742: Allowing sales of growlers of wine

Strikes the original bill language allowing any licensee currently allowed to sell beer in growlers to also sell wine in growlers. Instead, only domestic wineries with additional tasting rooms may sell wines of their own production in growlers.
