 Nope, never going to happen, the Obamanation administration bowed-down the ecos and have killed it.  Now the Obamanation will get what it wants, having Canada sell the oil to China, and to be able to keep the fuel prices higher here in the United States.


Knowing this, one wonders why these people didn't spend time working to fix the budget without raising taxes.
