Introduced by Sen. Bob Morton, (R - Kettle Falls) (R) on January 20, 2012, eliminates the requirement that an applicant for a commercial driver’s license must successfully complete a course of instruction in the operation of a commercial motor vehicle that has been approved by the director or that he or she has been certified by an employer as having the skills and training necessary to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely.

What!!?? Let me see. We now have persons well over the retirement age driving motor homes equivalent to a semi truck and soon we can have persons driving semi's without qualification. I sure hope not.
