You people are brutal! Rob from an ecology project to increase the budget on it's building? Yeah, because of course the building has to look grand! Drain 2/3 of the "toxics" clause? Righto! Now that Asarco is gone we don't pollute! I'm also quite impressed how you kept the first year of a project cost low and pumped all the money into the future. Is that standard practice?
