Introduced by Sen. Mike Carrell (R) on December 9, 2011, prohibits access to certain evidence by a pro se defendant or defense counsel in a criminal case regarding the sexual exploitation of children. Specifically, this act limits access to printed and visual material and prohibits the replication of same when it shows a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This act takes effect immediately.
