- Introduced by Sen. Ed Murray (D) on January 26, 2011, to modify the student achievement fund allocations for the 2011-12 and 2012-13 school years by requiring the amount per student be set by appropriation in the general fund budget. This act takes effect on July 1, 2011. (Companion: HB 1131).
