Larry Springer, (Kirkland) (D) on March 11, 2011, to modify provisions relating to the sales and use tax exemption for qualifying businesses of eligible server equipment by revising the definitions of eligible computer data center, eligible power infrastructure, qualifying business, and server equipment; and extending the expiration date to April 1, 2023 (Companion: SB 5873).
