Introduced by Rep. David Taylor (R) on February 25, 2011, requires a member of an Indian tribe who owns a vehicle that does not meet the statutory requirements, and who operates the vehicle outside of Indian country, must display license plates or decals assigned by the Department of Licensing and pay all required vehicle license fees. This act takes effect immediately.

What, exactly, is "Indian Country.?" Do we mean a reservation, or territory formerly occupied by native aboriginal people,? I'd also like to know what a vehicle is that does meet statuatory requirements. I find nothing in the Bill that addresses these issues.
