2011 House Bill 1773: Concerning criminal jurisdiction over tribal members
- Introduced by Rep. John McCoy, (Tulalip) (D) on February 1, 2011, requires the State surrender criminal jurisdiction over Indians and Indian territory, reservations, country, and lands to the United States. This act provides certain procedural requirements for the retrocession of jurisdiction.
