2011 House Bill 1244: Modifying liquor permit and licensing provisions

Allows for manufacturers of liquor mixers to apply for and obtain a special permit from the Liquor Control Board to serve liquor at a convention of a trade association under certain conditions. This act also allows holders of a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant license to sell beer for off-premises consumption under certain conditions. (Companion: SB 5302).   Official Text and Analysis.

To allow a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant to sell beer in a sanitary container brought to the premises by the purchaser or furnished by the restaurant and filled at the tap by the restaurant at the time of sale (e.g., growlers).
