Does not anyone in legislature realize that this will hamper or shut down the productivity in thousands of businesses across the state that MUST HAVE these vital comunications  to cinduct daily business? Where are the studies that show everyone on a cell phone can not talk and drive at the same time??

Another unneedew law since we already have driving while distracted laws. Here we go just like the seat belt law, when the legislature figured they can make money they make it a primary offense.

On offense to cops but how do I give them a ticket for talking while driving. It seems Law Enforcement are the biggest offenders.
