• Introduced by Sen. Phil Rockefeller, (D-Kitsap County) (D) on January 11, 2010, requires that for any levy that is subject to voter approval, the ballot must state the currently existing dollar rate and the amount the proposed levy increase exceeds the currently existing dollar rate .
