Vernon) (D) on January 25, 2010, eliminates aerospace tax incentives for a person manufacturing commercial airplanes if more than fifty percent of the final assembly of any commercial airplane family manufactured by the person occurs outside the state of Washington.

Whoa! Payback time for Boeing huh?
Truthfully, I wonder why Boeing hasn't completely left the state. Their bottom line could increase substanially if they left Washington for a better business environment.
