Introduced by Rep. Christine Rolfes, (D-Bainbridge Island) (D) on January 25, 2010, requires a solar energy system that produces a maximum instantaneous power output of two megawatts of electricity and is owned by a limited liability company to be eligible for an investment cost recovery incentive for the same customer-generated electricity as provided in statute.
