Mark Schoesler, (R-Ritzville) (R) on February 4, 2009, modifies provisions relating to irrigation district administration.to require a statement with any information or conditions for approval of a subdivision plat that the irrigation district deems to be necessary regarding effects upon the structural integrity of district facilities, other risk exposures, and the safety of the public.
