This is one common-sense decision that really shouldn't be at all difficult for legislators to make.  We don't need to be funding non-essential items ever -- but particularly during times like these.

 Yes Yes Yes.  This is possibly the first bill of the session that I could really get behind.  We have a huge deficit.  It is not the time to redecorate state buildings or to fancy up these wasteful public works projects that are being pushed.  trim the fat from government including the art budget.
