• Introduced by Sen. Karen Keiser, (D-Kent) (D) on January 23, 2009, modifies provisions related to participation in insurance plans by separated members of the teachers’ and school employee retirement system , amending eligibility to specify persons at least fifty-five years old with at least twenty years of service.
