• Introduced by Sen. Phil Rockefeller, (D-Kitsap County) (D) on January 21, 2009, directs the board that governs alternative public works projects to develop guidelines for the review and approval of design-build demonstration projects, to include the appointment of a committee, modifications to requirements for public bodies seeking certification in the design-build contracting procedure and gives limitations to what public works projects may be or may not be included in design-build procedures.
