• Introduced by Sen. Jerome Delvin, (R-Richland) (R) on January 16, 2009, to allow for the restoration and redevelopment of nuclear power projects. This bill allows for the transfer of a nuclear site while maintain the use of water allocated to the site. This bill also provides exemptions from sales and use tax for the purpose of restoration and redevelopment of nuclear projects.
