• Introduced by Sen. Adam Kline, (D-Seattle) (D) on January 15, 2009, to create the Washington state false claims act. This act clarifies what it means to file a false claim against government and what the penalty is for doing so. The bill also lays out the course of action that government can take against a person filing a false claim.
