Introduced by Rep. Shelly Short, (R-Addy) (R) on February 10, 2009, provides that no officer, agency, or instrumentality of the state, in conjunction with the implementation of any state or national animal identification system, may mandate, coerce, use exclusionary tactics, support, or otherwise force participation in a state or national animal identification system. NAIS is a financial & paperwork nightmare of a train wreak waiting to
happen. The governtment can't even keep track of the illegals living off of the
US taxpayers, why should they even think they need to worry about every goat,
cow, horse or pig in the taxpayers back yards? Thank you Representative Shelly Short for this bill!
