• Introduced by Rep. Bruce Chandler, (R-Granger) (R) on February 6, 2009, provides for the enhancement of natural environments by retaining perennial rivers and stream with base flows in an amount equal to the ninety percent exceedance curve, necessary for the provision of wildlife but not to the preclusion of diverting necessary water for agricultural needs.
