2009 House Bill 1937: increasing state funding for juror expenses
  1. Introduced in the House on February 3, 2009, increases state funding for jurors incrementally to as much as twenty five dollars per day for service to a jury until July 1, 2010; up to sixty-five dollars per day after that date. In no case shall the payment be less than ten dollars per day. Includes compensation instructions for first day, subsequent day and mileage for transportation to and from jury duty. All funding is subject to available quarterly appropriations from the state to county.
