Introduced by Rep. Marko Liias, (D-Mukilteo) (D) on February 2, 2009, clarifies provisions of the manufactured/mobile home landlord-tenant act to protects consumers who live in manufactured/mobile home communities. (See also Companion SB 5822) .

If you want to see more mobile home parks close, then enact HB 1908 & 1581. These are the most anti park owner bills I have ever seen. There is absolutely no incentive for owners to keep their parks open.
