Introduced by Rep. Christine Rolfes, (D-Bainbridge Island) (D) on February 2, 2009, requires strict compliance with notice provisions when manufactured/mobile home communities are offered for sale. Any failure to strictly comply results in the sale being void or requires the new owner to maintain the property as a manufactured/mobile home community for a specified period of time. (See also Companion SB 5823).
