• Introduced by Rep. Mark Miloscia, (D-Federal Way) (D) on January 27, 2009, to require annual reporting to the legislature by the department of community trade and economic development regarding the adoption and implementation of buildable lands and county wide planning policies. The bill also modifies dates for reporting for individual counties and cities with regards to comprehensive plans and planning policies.
